Defence Kitchen Lead Chef - Menu Innovation & Service

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Chef on a full-time basis to support Defence. 37.5 hours per week with rotating shifts, focusing on high-quality food and customer service. The role includes menu changes, food concept development, and upholding hygiene standards across client sites.

The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, with supervision experience and a Food Hygiene certificate, and a flexible working approach.
