Defence Chef: Lead Kitchen & Menu Innovation (37.5h)

Compass Group UK&I Defence ESS is recruiting an ambitious Chef to join our Defence catering team on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality food that delights clients and customers, while upholding our brand standards across military establishments and government sites.

Ideal candidates will hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, have food hygiene certification, and experience supervising a kitchen team.
