Job Description
Ex-Mill Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager (Defence & Aerospace) for Bristol or Swindon. Circa £80,000 plus excellent benefits, to lead as the Air Domain lead across the UK, Middle East and Africa.
You will engage senior military officers, shape defence capability, translate requirements into solutions, and travel extensively to defence events and customers. Ideal candidates include former RAF officers with capability development, procurement, and programme delivery
