Job Description

Community Case Management Limited is seeking a caring Nanny/Personal Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a young person with cerebral palsy in Wakefield. You will help with daily routines, personal goals and activities, promoting independence and confidence.

The role requires a full driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and an Enhanced DBS check. DBS and training will be provided; sponsorship is not offered.
