Decorator - Social Housing Repairs (Van & Benefits)

SettleParadigm is seeking a skilled Decorator to join our repairs team. The role covers internal and external decorating across homes, including preparation, painting, wallpapering and damp remediation, with making-good work and minor plaster repairs.

You will work both independently and in a team, using a company van and fuel card for travel within the operating area. You will be responsible for safe work practices, maintaining high quality, and keeping residents informed throughout repairs.
