Decorator - Social Housing

Our housing client are looking for an experienced Decorator to join a Healthy Homes team, helping to ensure customers have safe, warm and comfortable homes across the South East, including Bracknell, Windsor, Slough, Ascot and surrounding areas.

You'll play an important role in tackling damp and mould issues in customers' homes. From carrying out mould treatments and ventilation surveys to completing high-quality redecoration works, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference to people's everyday lives.

The team is committed to tackling sub-standard housing and creating healthier living environments, so we're looking for someone who shares a strong commitment to quality, safety and putting customers first.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out mould treatments, ventilation surveys and associated decorating works.
• Deliver a high-quality, right-first-time service within customers' homes.
• Keep customers informed throughout the work and provide a professional and positive customer experience.
• Manage materials effectively and work efficiently to complete jobs safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and improve homes.
• Follow appropriate health, safety and operational procedures.
• Take part in an out-of-hours call-out rota.

About You

We're looking for a positive, reliable and customer-focused Decorator who takes pride in their work.

A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves travelling across the Southeast and participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
