Job Description

Citizens Advice BANES is seeking a Debt Caseworker to deliver quality advice and ongoing casework to clients experiencing consumer debt, with a focus on energy debt. Based in Grantham, Spalding and Stamford, we support a population of 225,000 people.

This role involves handling inbound calls, booking advice and casework appointments, helping clients maximise income or minimise expenditure, and providing support with confidentiality. Full training will be provided.
