Debt Caseworker

About the role

Role: We need an experienced debt caseworker to deliver debt advice to help people find a way forward by providing accurate, tailored and effective information and advice.

• Deliver debt advice with a particular focus on debt relief orders and breathing space.
• Manage workloads and prioritise tasks.

What you can bring to our organisation

• Strong IT skills.
• Effective communication skills face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.

Trainees will be considered but trainee caseworkers must already have current experience delivering advice with minimum supervision and knowledge of the current debt and benefits areas.
