Job Description

We are looking for a commercially minded professional with experience in Debt Advisoryto join our team in a strategic advisory capacity. This position involves guiding organisations through complex financial decisions, particularly around funding and capital structure optimisation. Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of funding strategies and transactions, including the development of presentation materials, financial evaluations, and stakeholder updates.
Perform detailed financial assessments to understand borrowing capacity, evaluate various funding routes, and propose tailored recommendations.
Build and manage financial models used to test business forecasts, simulate scenarios, and analyse financial covenant impacts.
Maintain and strengthen working relationships with clients, lenders, and other key financial players.
Work alongside internal specialists across disciplines such as valuation, research, and corporate transactions to ensure effective delivery.
Keep up to date with trends in credit markets, shifts in interest rates, and changes in relevant regulations.
Participate in structuring financial agreements, contributing to the negotiation of commercial terms and reviewing legal documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Solid experience (ideally 3+ years) in a relevant field such as structured finance, debt advisory, restructuring, leveraged finance, or corporate finance.
High level of proficiency in financial modelling and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Strong relationship management skills and a track record of working with financial counterparties.
