Our client is a large and well-regarded Professional Services firm in Dublin with an established Financial Advisory practice.

Who should apply?

This role will suit an experienced Debt Advisory or Leveraged/Structured Finance professional with:

• Experience within a bank, non-bank institution or debt advisory firm
• A track record of originating and executing transactions
• Strong debt structuring, credit analysis and financial modelling experience
• Experience negotiating term sheets and transaction documentation
• Experience managing junior team members
• An interest in business development and building market relationships

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the Debt Advisory Partner, you will be involved in:

• Transactions - Lead debt advisory transactions from initial engagement through to completion
• Advisory - Advise clients on debt structuring, fundraising, refinancing and restructuring
• Analysis - Undertake financial modelling, credit analysis and scenario analysis
• Execution - Manage transaction processes, presentations and client communications
• Negotiation - Negotiate commercial terms and support transaction documentation
• Business Development - Support deal origination and wider business development activities
• Relationships - Build relationships with key participants across the debt market
