The firm advises on transactions typically ranging from £10m to £100m and has an established network across private equity investors and lenders.The role offers a rare opportunity to leverage active transaction flow from existing corporate finance mandates and shape a specialist debt advisory offering within a partner-led environment. Responsibilities include originating and leading debt advisory mandates, developing relationships with PE investors and lenders, delivering funding solutions across acquisitions, refinancings and growth transactions, and building the firm's long-term debt advisory proposition.Compensation includes a strong base salary with uncapped performance-linked bonus, and there is a clear pathway to Partner with future equity participation.Apply for this Position
