Our client - a leading Top Mid-Tier accounting firm - is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join its award-winning Transactions Tax team. This is a standout opportunity to work on high-profile deals within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that genuinely values its people.

You'll work alongside experienced Transaction Tax Partners and Directors on a broad range of buy-side and sell-side engagements, advising private equity houses, corporates, and owner-managed businesses on complex M&A matters.

The Role

• Lead and manage tax due diligence assignments (buy-side and sell-side)
• Advise on structuring, SPA negotiations, and post-deal integration
• Identify tax risks and opportunities within target groups
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
• Support business development and proposal activity
• Mentor and develop junior team members

As a Senior Manager, you'll take on broader leadership responsibilities, drive complex engagements, and play a visible role in shaping the team's growth strategy.

About You

• ACA / CTA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong corporate or transaction tax experience
• Proven exposure to M&A projects
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder skills
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a high-performing team
