Deals Tax Associate Director - M&A & UK Tax Leader

Ambition is seeking an Associate Director to lead high-value tax advisory work in the deals space in the United Kingdom. You will guide discussions, drive due diligence, and coordinate with FDD and SPA advisory teams to deliver robust tax solutions for deals.
