Dealer Services Advisor: Trusted Guidance & Growth

VELUX Group is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support our Dealer Services team for customers across Great Britain and Ireland. This role goes beyond answering inquiries, acting as a trusted advisor to dealers to help them make informed decisions that drive their business forward.

Based in the Glenrothes office, you'll manage enquiries with speed and accuracy, across phone, email and chat, while building strong relationships with internal teams and ensuring value in every interaction.
