Dealer Services Advisor: Customer Success & Growth

Velux Deutschland Gmbh in the United Kingdom (Glenrothes) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Dealer Services team, supporting customers across Great Britain and Ireland. You will be a trusted advisor to our dealers, guiding them with fast, accurate advice and a seamless experience from first contact to resolution.

In a fast-paced, multi-channel environment, you'll own enquiries, build relationships with dealers and internal teams, and identify opportunities to add value and
