Deal Lead - Crypto & FinTech M&A Strategy

Kraken is seeking a Deal Lead in Corporate Development to drive M&A and venture initiatives that shape the company's strategic growth. You will lead discussions with target leadership, negotiate terms, coordinate due diligence, and close deals while building a strong network across crypto and financial services.

You will develop pro forma models, value drivers, and concise deal memos to align Leadership and stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and beyond.
