We're looking for candidates who have:

• A British Sign Language qualification
• Experience supporting deaf or hearing-impaired children, ideally in a primary school setting.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEND Teaching Assistant.
• A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for inclusive education.
