DE&I Program Lead - Drive Inclusion & Learning

Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a DE&I Specialist to deliver the diversity, equity and inclusion strategy across the business, providing programme management and operational support for initiatives, learning and engagement.

You will coordinate DE&I projects, facilitate learning sessions, support leaders and ERGs, and collaborate with stakeholders to promote an inclusive culture, accountability and continuous improvement.
