Daytime Sous Chef - High-Volume School Catering

Blue Arrow is recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy school catering team in Eastbourne on an ongoing temporary basis. The role offers daytime hours with no evenings or weekends and an immediate start where possible.

You will support the Head Chef with nutritious meals, assist with menus and daily production, ensure food hygiene standards, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and organised kitchen in a friendly school environment.
