Daytime Kitchen Manager: Lead, Mentor & Optimize

Concept Resources in Huntingdon is supporting a well-established Garden Centre Café to recruit a hands-on Kitchen Manager. This daytime-only role leads a small kitchen team, oversees service, maintains standards, and ensures smooth operations from 8:00 to 16:30.

You'll mentor and train team members, recruit staff when needed, manage stock and food costs, and drive continual improvements. We're seeking an experienced leader with strong communication and a proactive, can-do approach.
