Salary: £13.17 per Hour
Hours: 44/week days and alternate weekends

Your Role:

As a Senior Care Assistant you will provide both hands on support to residents and leadership to junior care staff within our local care home. Providing direct caregiving with supervisory responsibilities, you will ensure that our high standards of person centred care are consistently delivered.

You'll be responsible for:

• Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.).
• Promoting dignity, independence, and individual rights of residents.
• Supervising and supporting junior care staff and new team members.
• Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting any changes to senior management or nursing staff.
• Communicating effectively with residents, ensuring they feel listened to and respected.
• Ensuring the care environment is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
