Day Opportunities Officer (Learning Disabilities)

Grade 4 - £29,139 - £31,440 pa

As a valued member of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in delivering personalised, meaningful activities for adults with learning disabilities. Your work will be guided by individual support plans, with the overarching aim of enhancing each person's:

• Health and wellbeing
• Employability and life skills
• Social inclusion and community engagement
• Independence and confidence

You will also provide respectful and dignified support with personal care, tailored to each individual's needs.
