Day Operations Supervisor - Waste-to-Energy Plant

Encyclis is building a brand new Energy Recovery Facility in the Midlands, near Walsall. The Day Team Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, compliant operation of the weighbridge, tipping hall and ash hall, while supervising waste transport and residue handling.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will help manage site housekeeping, staff training, and routine safety meetings, supporting a facility moving toward full commercial operations from 2027.
