Day Operations Lead, Waste-to-Energy Plant

Encyclis is building a new Energy Recovery Facility in the Midlands, with operations commencing in 2027. We seek a Day Team Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency across weighbridge, tipping hall and ash handling activities.

You will lead a team of operators, cleaners and agency workers, drive continuous improvements, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to maintain facility performance and safety standards.
