Day & Night Care Team Leader

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced Team Leaders for Day and Night shifts in social care. You will support the manager in day-to-day management of staff, ensuring safe, effective and responsive care.

You will oversee and demonstrate good practice, lead by example, and deliver person-centred care while guiding the team to act in residents' and tenants' best interests. A background as Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant is welcome.
