About the Role

The Personal Trainer delivers high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans, and guides members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The role is supported by a 3-day PT induction and ongoing CDP courses to help grow the client base and health and fitness passion. Team members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does, working in an environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans.
• Guide members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals.
• Grow and maintain a client base, supported by a 3-day PT induction.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Great communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.

Salary

• Above £15 per hour.
• Minimum £16.00 per session.
• £21 Per session from the 16th session each week.
• 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when running the 16th session each week.
