Databricks Engineer- Shell

For our customer in the Energy Trading space, we are seeking a Data Engineer for a long term project to work on a large ETL project using Azure & Databricks

Rate: EUR 50-60
Duration: 6 months

Databricks Associate Certification + is required

Skills

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
• Build and optimize data lake, Delta Lake, and data warehouse solutions to support reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Ensure data quality, security, governance, and performance through implementation of engineering best practices and monitoring frameworks.
• Support advanced analytics and Agentic AI initiatives by preparing, transforming, and delivering trusted data products for business and AI-driven workflows.
