As a Data Trainee - Structured Cabling, you will work alongside experienced engineers and gain practical, real world experience from day one. You will learn the fundamentals of structured cabling systems - the backbone of modern IT infrastructure - while working towards industry recognised qualifications.

• Work alongside experienced engineers on live project sites
• Assist with installation, testing, and maintenance of structured cabling systems
• Support installation of containment systems, cable runs, and termination of data points
• Learn industry standards, regulations, and best practices for network infrastructure
• Assist with testing, labelling, and documentation of installed systems
• Follow company Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
• Work towards an accredited Structured Cabling Systems Installation & Testing qualification
• Gain exposure to projects across sectors including education, healthcare, aerospace, cybersecurity, and medical research
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Interest in IT, technology, or electrical/engineering work
• Enjoyment of practical, hands on work
• No previous experience required - full training provided
• School leavers and college starters are encouraged to apply

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (preferred but not essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (or working towards one)
• Basic IT or technical knowledge (advantageous but not required)
