This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and helping others make better use of information.

About the role

Reporting to the Student Recruitment Analytics and Insight Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and improving data within the University's CRM system (Salesforce). You'll work closely with colleagues across the Marketing and Communications directorate and IT to ensure data is accurate, compliant, and supports targeted recruitment activity.

  • Monitoring data quality and resolving issues such as duplicates or missing information
  • Supporting reporting across Student Recruitment, including campaign performance and operational insights
  • Working with colleagues to improve how data is used in recruitment activities and decision-making
  • Documenting processes, identifying improvements, and delivering training to support better data use
  • Ensuring data is handled in line with GDPR and relevant data protection standards
