- Responsible for entering, cleaning, and conducting advanced data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Operate in consultation with POTFF program staff and the Government's POTFF biostatistician.
- Provide subject matter expertise in program evaluation, research methodologies, and data analysis.
- Provide consultation and assistance to supported units and POTFF staff to identify opportunities and methods for capturing data related to POTFF programs and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations that accurately convey data trends and associated analysis.
- Access Government systems to enter and analyze data.
- Master's or doctoral degree in quantitative science, social science, or related discipline.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Advanced proficiency with commonly used statistical software applications (e.g., SPSS, SAS, and R).
- Proficiency demonstrated through employment history in academia or similar research-conducting settings, and a history of scientific publications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- At least three years of research experience in an academic, social services, government, healthcare, or laboratory setting.
