About the role:
We are seeking a visionary and technically skilledData Science & AI Leadto drive our advanced analytics and AI agenda across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the divisional strategy in partnership with the DAA Director, while also collaborating closely with the North America team to leverage global capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:Co-develop and execute the Data Science and AI strategy for EMEA and APAC in alignment with global objectives.
- Business Partnership:Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact use cases that unlock value through data science and AI.
- Solution Development:Design and implement complex algorithmic solutions using advanced analytics techniques, including predictive and forecasting models.
- Capability Building:Strengthen regional capabilities by mentoring team members and leveraging global resources such as RDC, Data Art, and Accenture.
- Global Collaboration:Build strong relationships with the North America team to integrate and scale AI products and solutions across regions.
What You'll Bring
- Proficiency inSQL, Python, and R, with hands-on experience developing predictive models and advanced analytics solutions.
- Experience withDatabricksor similar analytics platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
