Data Product Manager: ERP & Finance Analytics Lead

Halfords is seeking a Data Product Manager to shape and deliver the data strategy for our Central functions, underpinning a major ERP transformation. You will bridge business priorities with data delivery, building trusted relationships across Finance and People to prioritise outcomes and drive measurable benefits.

You'll own the data roadmap, balance strategic objectives with delivery priorities, and lead reporting, analytics and data products across Data, Technology and Central teams.
