Data Product Lead

Data Product Lead - £100k + 10% Bonus London (Hybrid) No visa sponsorship available

I'm looking for a Data Product Lead to help shape and deliver the future of our client's internal data platform at a fast-moving, high-impact organisation. You'll co-lead the data team alongside the Lead Data Engineer and own the full product lifecycle-from user research and roadmapping to analytics and go-to-market delivery.

What you'll do:

1. Own and evolve the internal data platform, working across engineering, analytics, and commercial teams
2. Shape and manage the data product roadmap in line with company strategy
3. Co-lead a growing data team and champion best practices in data governance, privacy, and quality
4. Drive impact through metrics, user feedback, and iterative product development

About you:

1. 4+ years' experience as a Data Product Manager/Owner in data-rich environments (fintech, investment, analytics)
2. Confident across the modern data stack (Databricks, GCP/Fabric, lakehouse architectures, visualisation tools)
3. Understands the full data lifecycle-from pipelines to ML workflows and productionisation
4. Proven experience in setting data product strategy, leading agile teams, and defining KPIs
5. Strong communicator with a hands-on, collaborative approach
6. Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days)
7. Salary: £100k + 10% bonus
