Job Description
Santander UK is seeking a qualified solicitor to lead strategic Data Privacy legal advice across digital products and strategic initiatives, including AI initiatives.
You will advise on UK GDPR, DPA 2018, PECR and data transfer mechanisms, and draft/negotiate data privacy terms in technology and outsourcing contracts. You will collaborate with Compliance, Information Security, and business stakeholders to ensure privacy excellence.
