Data Platform Reliability & Incident Analyst

Salesforce is seeking a Systems Analyst, Data Foundations to join the Data 360 & Visualization Platform Operations team in Ireland. You'll independently run day-to-day production support for Salesforce's data and analytics platforms, manage case backlog, and escalate with clear context to improve platform reliability.

You'll work from runbooks, respond quickly to signals, and contribute to RCA and incident management as you grow toward owning escalations and documentation.
