About the Project:

We're supporting a leading UK charity in delivering a Marketing Managed Service using the Adobe Experience Platform stack - including Real Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Campaign Classic, and Customer Journey Analytics - integrated with OneCRM, OneTrust, and Dynamics 365.

The goal is to quickly deploy campaign and journey capabilities, build solid data foundations, and transition operations to the client's internal team through structured training and handover. This will allow the charity to run its marketing operations independently and fully leverage its Adobe Martech investment.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on CDP Developer with solid experience in Adobe Real Time CDP (RT-CDP). You'll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing customer data flows across Adobe Experience Cloud components and CRM systems.

You'll collaborate closely with data, CRM, and campaign teams to ensure accurate data mapping, schema configuration, and seamless integrations with tools like Azure Event Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Adobe Real Time CDP components (schemas, datasets, workflows).

  • Manage data ingestion and profile unification, ensuring quality and compliance.

  • Support CDP - ACC (Adobe Campaign Classic) synchronization and recipient schema adjustments.

  • Configure and troubleshoot Adobe > Azure Event Hub > CDP integrations.

  • Review and adjust data mappings and customer profile settings.

  • Collaborate with CRM teams to optimize data exchange between CDP and Dynamics 365.

  • Participate in handover and training sessions with client teams.

Requirements:

Must-have:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform Real Time CDP.

  • Strong understanding of data workflows, schema configuration, and event-based data.

  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) integration.

  • Knowledge of Azure Event Hub and OOTB connector setup.

  • Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Adobe Target or Journey Optimizer.

  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms.

  • Previous experience in marketing automation or customer data projects.
