You'll work with data from WMJobs, our applicant tracking system, campaign analytics, and regional workforce datasets - helping shape how public sector recruitment works across the West Midlands.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how our organisation uses data. You won't just produce reports - you'll influence decisions, improve how we capture and use data, and build dashboards that are used by senior leaders.

You'll also help streamline reporting processes and guide teams across the organisation in using data effectively for both operational and strategic decisions.
