Role Type: Contract - 6 months + extensions
Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 days a week in office ideally but can flex on this to once a month

What you'll do:

• Lead and support data model development through business analysis and organization of requirements.
• Produce, maintain, and publish data models, dictionaries, metadata, flowcharts, and other artifacts.
• Serve as a reference and authority on data modelling processes and ensure alignment with existing data models, architectures, and standards; support design activities.
• Gather requirements from SMEs and business stakeholders through workshops and interviews.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful data relationships and appropriate data models.
• Review, approve, and enhance new and existing data models.
• Ensure integration with enterprise data architecture and compliance with governance frameworks.
• Participate in design discussions, sharing knowledge to improve alignment across teams.
• Analyze and design impact and effort of change requirements.
• Collaborate across teams, programs, and business areas to meet project objectives.
• Support Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Demonstrate flexibility to undertake additional duties as assigned.

What you bring:

• 3+ years' experience in a related field
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Experience with business partners and integrating with external/third party systems
• Understanding of IT security
• Flexibility for occasional after-hours/weekend work
• Degree in IT, Computing, or equivalent
