CereCore International is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join our expanding Technical & Cloud team.

This individual will lead on planning and executing data migration activities, ensuring safe and accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to new EPR platforms. They will be responsible for defining migration strategies, mapping NHS datasets, and validating data quality, working closely with technical, clinical, and programme teams.

Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver data migration strategies for EPR programmes.
  • Lead extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
  • Map and migrate NHS datasets (e.g. RTT, SUS, SLAM) into target EPR systems.
  • Oversee validation, reconciliation, and assurance of data quality.
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders on cutover planning and go-live readiness.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in leading healthcare data migration projects.
  • Strong SQL and ETL expertise.
  • Knowledge of NHS datasets, standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Experience with one or more EPR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, System C, or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
