The Role: Opportunity to define and drive the organisation's data governance framework High visibility across Risk, IT and business teams in an expanding London branch Lead initiatives around data quality, data ownership and master data management Shape data policies, standards and regulatory alignment (including GDPR) Influence the data technology roadmap and support the adoption of new tools Key Responsibilities Will Include: Develop and roll out the enterprise-wide data governance strategy Establish and maintain data policies, standards and controls Promote data stewardship models and accountability across the business Define and monitor data quality KPIs and lead remediation initiatives Profile: 6-8 years' experience in data governance, data management or similar roles Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, GDPR and compliance standards Experience with data platforms, data quality tools and governance models Understanding of risk management, operational risk or regulatory environments Job Offer: Competitive salary and bonus Car allowance Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the London office High-impact, newly created role with room to shape the future of data governance Professional development and collaboration across global teams
