An innovative and insight-led organisation with a growing data function is seeking a talented Data Insight Manager - GIS to lead spatial analytics and modelling across a range of commercial, property, and strategic initiatives.

The Data Insight Manager will be responsible for delivering high-impact geospatial insights, managing a small team, and shaping the use of spatial data across the business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to inform key decisions around planning, marketing, customer insight, and transformation.

Alongside managing geospatial projects end-to-end, you'll also play a hands-on role in building advanced spatial models, creating visual insight tools, and ensuring high analytical standards across all geospatial outputs.

Data Insight Manager - GIS - Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior, lead, or managerial geospatial insight role
• Strong skills in SQL and/or Python
• Experience with GIS/Geospatial platforms such as Esri ArcGIS
• Track record of delivering spatial insight in commercial or strategic contexts
• Ability to communicate complex analysis to senior, non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable scoping and managing geospatial projects from end to end
• Any previous experience mentoring, leading, or line managing colleagues
