Your role in our team As a Collibra engineer, you'll ensure vital data governance workflows and platform adoption, preventing major operational inefficiencies and compliance risks. Developing and delivering onsite training and coaching tailored to users' roles Aligning user experience solutions with backend data processes, collaborating with engineers As Schiphol enters a phase of expanding data-driven decision-making, you'll play a pivotal role in upcoming airport transformation projects, integrating Collibra with advanced AI, analytics, and cloud data platforms. You'll have the opportunity to shape how Schiphol teams access and understand data, contributing to our mission of becoming the world's most sustainable and high-quality airport. University degree (Bachelor's / Master's) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics) 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a similar role Experience in training, coaching, and change management Familiarity with metadata, data lineage, and data catalog concepts Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus) With 3,500 proud colleagues, we connect the Netherlands with the rest of the world.
