Data Engineer / Analyst

We're partnering with a start-up consultancy focused on motor finance remediation to appoint a Data Engineer / Data Analyst. This role will build and manage the firm's data and knowledge fabric - the foundation for its AI-driven analytics and remediation tools.

• Design, build and maintain data pipelines from multiple structured and unstructured sources
• Cleanse, organise and model data for advanced analytics and reporting
• Develop data glossaries and manage metadata for internal and client-facing use
• Implement and administer knowledge frameworks to connect and enrich data assets
• Build dashboards and reports to surface insights for business and client stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions

• Hands-on experience with data engineering and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of data management, modelling, and integration practices
• Experience with APIs and connectors for data sourcing
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-growth environment
• Prior exposure to financial services or regulated industries advantageous

Permanent contract.
