Data-Driven Rewards & Benefits Partner

United Infrastructure is seeking a Rewards and Benefits Partner to lead the design, delivery and governance of pay, benefits and pensions. You'll work closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure market alignment, fairness, and consistency across the employee experience, while upholding governance and compliance.

This role blends operational excellence with data-driven insight, using benchmarking, reporting and supplier management to support annual salary reviews, incentive cycles,
