Our Finance Change delivery function within Liquidity Stress Testing is seeking a Business Analyst to support a multi-year programme focused on migrating existing capabilities from the current cloud solution to a new strategic cloud platform. This initiative is aimed at enhancing internal liquidity reporting.

The team is responsible for conducting a deep dive into the current state, identifying missing documents and information, interpreting findings, and outlining a clear path to meet key milestones. The role requires working closely with technical teams while being Embedded within the business function. The team has a dotted reporting line into the analytics and architecture teams.

Additionally, a wider Treasury initiative is consolidating smaller systems into a major platform. While this is part of broader Group efforts, it has minimal overlap with this specific programme.

Liquidity is structured into two key areas:

• Methodology

• Insights & Analytics

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to interpret findings and define solutions.

• Support the Agile delivery process, working in sprints and engaging directly with IT developers.

• Assist in ensuring alignment with internal liquidity reporting requirements.

• Work across the full business analysis life cycle, beyond just documentation, to actively drive change.

• Liquidity knowledge and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Superset - this is a must have and big focus
