Job Description
Data Architect is required to join a team working on a large scale programme and to support a key Discovery and Options Analysis phase.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the definition of data architecture vision for a set of performance measurement systems.
- Running discovery workshops to assess current data estate, data flows, technical constraints, and business needs.
- Developing a menu of options, evaluating feasibility, risks, cost, and complexity.
- Defining high-level reference architectures and data platform approaches.
- Producing clear recommendations, roadmaps, and decision-support materials for client leadership.
- Presenting findings in a structured, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required experience and skills:
- Extensive experience in leading data architecture across complex programmes.
- Ability to work in ambiguous early-stage projects and shape the direction of the programme.
- AWS stack experience.
- Ability to assess and recommend data integration options for hybrid environments, including integration between Legacy on-premise systems and cloud-based services.
- Strong client-facing skills, confident facilitating workshops, guiding discussions, and producing well-structured deliverables.
- Comfortable working in early-stage/pre-delivery phases.
- Current SC clearance.
