Job Title: Data Architect - Security Cleared (EDV)
Location: London or Cheltenham
Salary: Up to £90,000 to £100,000 + Benefits Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Are you a skilled Data Architect with existing security clearance (or eligible for EDV)?

Role:
As a Data Architect, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing cross-organisational data standards and policies. You'll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure data is discoverable, trusted, and aligned with strategic goals.
They are looking for someone who not only understands data architecture inside out-but can also build strong relationships, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and influence decision-makers across the organisation.

- Collaborate with Data Platform teams, Information Managers, and Architects
- Shape and align practical data policies across the organisation
- Support cloud migration and data platform modernisation
- Strong understanding of complex data environments and ability to simplify for non-technical audiences
- Proven experience achieving data interoperability across systems or organisations
- Hands-on experience with data models, ontologies, catalogues, lakes, and warehouses
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ideally, experience with AWS and cloud data migration
- Bonus: Familiarity with public sector tech, data, and compliance frameworks
