Job Description
Operational Context

Edberts House is a community charity delivering four place based projects across Gateshead. We run a social prescribing team embedded within primary care and collaborate with secondary care services. We also host and lead Compassionate Gateshead, in partnership with the Palliative Care team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Gateshead.

Our mission is to create happier, healthier and more connected communities. We focus on prevention and innovation to reduce health inequalities and support residents to drive positive change in their own neighbourhoods - empowering communities to thrive. Our values shape everything we do: love, kindness, bravery, generosity, trust, equity and respect.

Job Purpose

You will lead communications with the relevant funder, providing regular updates, submitting reports and ensuring all funder requirements are met.
