Data & MIS Officer

About the role: Own the school's day-to-day data routines-maintaining clean datasets, producing dashboards and enabling evidence-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and audit student records and performance data on MIS

Build attendance/behaviour dashboards in Excel or Power BI

Generate statutory and ad hoc reports for leaders and governors

Champion data accuracy, compliance and data protection

Requirements:

Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom

Analytical mindset, precision and strong stakeholder communication

Understanding of GDPR in an education context
