Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Translates operational and business problems into clearly scoped digital work
- Owns digital initiative prioritization, backlog management, and value realization
- Coordinates delivery across data, automation, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Ensures solutions are adopted, measured, and iterated based on realized valueActs as the single point of accountability for digital outcomes (not just execution)
- Defines and governs KPIs, metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and comparability across locations
- Understands the evolving data architecture requirements and builds tools which are aligned
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (full credits)
- Clear demonstrated leadership in operations or project management in a medical technology environment (advantageous) - at least +5 years managerial experience or project management experience in a fast moving manufacturing environment (medical tech environment is an advantage)
- Knowledge of automation, data architecture, operation technology, analytics, and AI
- Demonstrated completion of technology implementation
